Hello, my name is Trisha DeHall and that’s my husband Rick Spottz there too. We have been helping people lose their excess weight and tone muscle for more than 25 years. We offer personal training, group training and fitness bootcamps where we combine 3 different fitness training styles into one.

I have a Masters in Nutrition as well as being a National Champion Bodybuilder and a Master Certified Personal Trainer. I have been in 18 Bodybuilding Contest over the course of 20 years and have won 1st place in 5 of them. In all my years of fitness training I have never found a system that helps people melt those unwanted pounds away faster than our 3 combined training techniques  which creates our Unstoppable Fitness System!!!!
